What we do
BotMatch provides AI bot setup and monthly care, along with one-off sourcing and market research services. The work covers the offer we agree on with you after a scoping call. You can pay online, or use our form to talk to us before paying.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe (card and eligible wallets). We never see or store your card details.
Most offers include a one-time setup fee and a monthly care subscription. Sourcing Scout is available as a one-off spec or a monthly plan without a setup fee. Market Brief is available as a one-off brief, with optional monthly monitoring. Your selected checkout option shows the initial charge and any recurring charges. Subscriptions renew each month until you cancel; one-off purchases do not renew.
A human approves every send
Our bots read, check, and draft. Nothing is sent, posted, bought, or submitted until a person on your side approves it.
Refunds
If we review your intake after you pay and can't take the job, we refund you in full.
If we can't deliver a working setup within 14 days of kickoff, the setup fee is refunded in full.
Cancelling
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime by emailing hello@botmatch.co. Service continues until the end of your current paid billing period, with no partial-period refunds.
Other platforms
We aren't liable for actions taken by third-party platforms, such as a marketplace, social network, email provider, or bid site changing its rules, limiting an account, or removing content.
