Is this a marketplace?
No. It's a done-for-you desk. We pick, set up, and maintain the bot for you.
Will the bot act on its own?
It does the reading, checking, and drafting. Anything that leaves your business (emails, posts, cases, bids, orders) waits for your approval.
What access do you need?
Only what the job needs, and read-only or draft-only where possible, through the platform's official permission or sign-in system. We never ask for your password or payment details.
What if it gets something wrong?
You review before anything goes out, so mistakes get caught at the draft stage. Tell us and we fix the setup as part of your monthly care.
What does it cost?
Most offers have a one-time setup fee plus monthly care. Sourcing Scout and Market Brief also have one-off options, and Sourcing Scout has a monthly-only option. See the table for each choice.
